What is the Stay-In-The-Vase Design®?
The Stay-In-The-Vase® Design is a patented flower holder that, when placed into a cemetery or designer vase, will keep the silk flower bouquet securely in place. The wind will not blow the bouquet out. Water in the vase will not make the bouquet to float out.

What is the difference between small, medium, and large bouquets?
The small, medium, and large bouquets differ in their height and size. The small bouquets are our most petit flowers and they measure from 12 and 16 inches tall. Our medium size bouquets are our standard flowers and they measure between 17 and 22 inches tall. The large bouquets are our biggest flowers and they measure between 23 and 28 inches tall.

What is the difference between mausoleum, niche, and niche bud bouquets?

1. Most mausoleums are large architectural buildings and are used for full casket entombments. The mausoleum flower vases are usually approximately 7 inches tall and are placed on the front of each mausoleum crypt front. Most mausoleum bouquets are much larger than a niche bouquet.
2. A niche is for cremated remains and the ashes are usually placed in an urn. Niche flowers are designed for vases attached to the niche front. The flowers are approximately 5 inches tall.
3. Most bud vases have an opening about the size of a pencil. Our bud flowers are the size of a single stem flower. Bud vases are usually attached to a niche front.

What is a saddle used for?
A saddle is designed to go on top of a monument. The "legs" of the saddle are adjustable, so they can be tightened or loosened to fit the size of a monument.

What is a pot used for?
A pot is for a gravesite that does not have a vase or a vase has not been installed yet. It is usually placed on the ground in front of the marker. Each pot weighs approximately six pounds, so that the wind cannot blow it over.

What is a brick used for?
A brick is used for a gravesite that does not have a vase or a vase has not been installed yet. It is usually placed on the ground in front of the marker. Each brick weighs approximately eight pounds, so the wind cannot blow it over.

Do you accept personal checks?
We do accept personal checks; however, your order will not be shipped until we receive your check and it is deposited into our bank. There is a $30.00 service fee for checks returned for insufficient funds.

How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate of /$4.95 for shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.

How is the shipping cost determined?
It is determined by the FedEx Ground shipping rate.

Can I have my flowers shipped to my home?
Yes, they will come by FedEx Ground; however, we can only ship to physical addresses. To ship to a P.O. Box we use the post office, but the delivery time is longer.

I live outside of the United States, can I place an order?
We, we accept orders from outside the U.S.A. (Conditions will apply)(U.S. Funds Only)

Can you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship outside of the U.S.A. All import/export fees, taxes, dues, and other changes by your country or community will be added to the order.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders received before 3:30pm EST are shipped the same day. We ship FedEx Ground from Marietta, GA. Here is our shipping map:


If I buy flowers, can you ship them to another person's address?
Yes, as long as we are given the address you want the products shipped to.

Do you deliver flowers?
Most of our flowers are shipped via FedEx Ground. We do however offer a placement service in the Atlanta, GA area. For more information please contact us directly at 770-428-8883.

Can I have my flowers shipped to a cemetery?
Yes. In order to have the flower shipped to the cemetery we will ask for the telephone number and address of the cemetery. We will also need the name of the loved one, your loved ones grave site location, and the name of the person who owns the cemetery plot.

How long will my flowers last before they fade?
We try to only offer flowers that are made of high quality material, so they do not bleed in the rain or fade in the sunshine. Most of our flowers will last between three and four months depending on the weather. We recommend changing them with the four seasons.

Do you make custom arrangements?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, we do offer accessories that can be added to an arrangement.

Can I come to your office and pick out an arrangement?

What is the flower program?
The flower program is an opportunity to select all four seasonal flowers at the same time. We will manage the tracking to be sure each flower arrives at the home or cemetery when it is due to be placed.
